ABOUT SOBE BURGER
SoBe Burger is one of the UK's fastest-growing smash burger franchises, bringing Miami vibes and seriously good food to the high street since 2019. With 15+ locations across the country and more on the way, we're on a mission to serve perfectly caramelised smash patties dripping with signature sauces — and we need great people to help us do it.
We've opened a brand new location in Kentish Town, Camden, and we're building our team from scratch.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the store. You'll be working in the kitchen, on the counter, and everywhere in between — making sure every order is perfect and every customer leaves happy.
No experience? No problem. We'll train you on everything from day one. What we can't teach is attitude — so if you're reliable, you work hard, and you take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Smashing and cooking beef patties to SoBe's exacting standards — timing and consistency are everything
- Building burgers and preparing orders with speed and accuracy
- Working the counter — taking orders, handling payments, and delivering a great experience to every customer
- Managing delivery orders through Deliveroo and Uber Eats tablets alongside in-store service
- Keeping the kitchen and front of house clean, tidy, and food-safe throughout your shift
- Supporting stock management — helping with deliveries, rotation, and flagging low levels
- Being a reliable, positive presence that makes the team better
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
- A team player — you muck in wherever you're needed without being asked twice
- Calm under pressure — a busy Saturday service doesn't throw you off
- Proud of what you serve — you care that every burger that leaves the kitchen is right
- Available for evenings and weekends — we close at 11pm and in the future might open till midnight
THE PACKAGE
- £13.50 per hour depending on experience
- Free meal on every shift
- 50% staff discount when off shift
- Auto-enrolment pension (if eligible)
- 28 days holiday pro-rata
