Sales Assistant (4 days per week)

The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A keen eye for styling and current fashion trends
- Confidence using computers and social media
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to use your own initiative
- A strong team ethic and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Styling and advising customers
- Creating and building our social media presence
- Processing online orders and customer returns
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Maintaining the shop’s appearance and merchandising standards
- General stockroom duties
- Working closely with the rest of the team
Previous retail experience is not essential as we’d love to help develop your retail skills. Applicants must be available to work weekends. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. If you’re hardworking, enthusiastic and have a genuine love of fashion, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
