As a CUPRA Master, you’ll be more than just a salesperson — you’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing the unique spirit of CUPRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Act as a product expert for the CUPRA range, including electric and hybrid models
- Guide customers through the purchasing journey, including finance and add-ons
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CUPRA products, technology, and brand values
- Proactively generate leads through digital platforms, showroom engagement, and local outreach
- Ensure the showroom and display vehicles reflect CUPRA’s premium image
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, customer-focused individual with a passion for automotive innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is desirable, but not essential — attitude matters most
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence
