Libertine Burger is an award-winning independent burger brand, crowned National Burger Award Winners and recognised as one of the UK's leading burger concepts. With multiple restaurants, three street food trucks and ambitious plans for growth, we're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team at our Rugby restaurant.
The Role: A Key Member of the Team
As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently while consistently delivering exceptional food and service.
Operational Leadership
- Help oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring speed, quality and consistency across every service.
Team Development
- Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team, creating a positive culture where everyone can perform at their best.
Commercial Awareness
- Assist with stock control, ordering, wastage management and labour efficiency to help drive profitability.
Quality Champion
- Ensure every burger leaves the kitchen to Libertine Burger's award-winning standards while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices.
