We are looking for a Commis or CDP Chef for our kitchen which produces fresh food 7 days a week. We are looking for someone who has the ability to help produce fine quality fresh food.
The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week, including weekends and cover some bank holidays/holidays/absences when required.
Candidates must have experience in a kitchen producing fresh food, they must be motivated, punctual, flexible, timely, be able to work as part of a team, have high standards of cleanliness both personally and in the kitchen and be able to follow health and safety regulations.
Our kitchen runs a high end pub menu with an additional specials menu, including some Game dishes when in season. We also cater for funerals, birthdays, christenings etc in our private dining area, which will include Buffets and full sit down meals. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to make and produce freshly prepared food both in advance and when ordered by customers, and have experience in a trade kitchen.
Salary will be reviewed based on a candidates ability and experience.
