What you’ll be doing:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations
- Install, repair and maintain domestic water systems
- Complete plumbing works associated with energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
- Install sanitary ware, pipework and associated systems.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations, company procedures and manufacturers guidance.
- Communicate effectively with residents and site teams.
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, health and safety and resident care at all times.
Essential Requirements
- SVQ level 3 Plumbing & Domestic Heating (or equivalent) or,
- City and Guilds in Domestic Plumbing.
- Time served plumber with proven experience in domestic properties.
- Experience working with social housing, planned maintenance or retrofit enviroments is desirable.
- Knowledge of job monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Meticulous level of detail in line with our quality as standard ethos.
- Required to work as part of a team.
- A full UK driver’s license is essential.
