Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Energy Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and managing the full sales cycle from start to finish all the way through to renewal with potential business clients, supporting the growth of our customer base through targeted outreach and relationship-building. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about client engagement to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments and sell our portfolio of products with prospective clients
- Utilise MS Office software, to track and manage information efficiently
- Research target markets and identify potential B2B clients through various channels
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our service offerings
Skills
- Proven experience of managing the full sales cycle in a B2B energy role
- Access to a current portfolio of customer is advantageous but not essential
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and subsequently driving sales revenue
- Excellent communication skills (multilingual is advantageous), with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Adaptability to utilise various outreach methods and tools effectively
- Punctual, professional and accountable

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
