We currently have an exciting Sous Chef opportunity in our Newark Works bakery, situated on the lower Bristol Road.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily production of goods, including, viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day a week, starting from 5:00am or later depending on the specific role.
