We're looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Female Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our friendly team, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP).
This role is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 due to the personal care needs of our female clients.

Your Role
You'll make a real difference by helping clients remain independent in their own homes. Duties include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Preparing meals
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Shopping and accompanying clients to appointments
- Maintaining accurate care records
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Eligible to work in the UK
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, although opportunities may be available depending on your location. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
