Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and <PERSON> driver vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver goods across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo and manual lifting techniques to ensure secure transportation
- Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during route driving and while on duty
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or <PERSON> driver roles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is highly desirable
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items safely
- Knowledge of route planning, load & unload procedures, and safety regulations related to commercial driving
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
