Looking for a part-time role that fits around daytime commitments? Aquarius is recruiting a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to work evenings and weekends as part of our customer support team in Dunfermline.
This is a great opportunity if you’re customer-focused, confident on the phone, and looking for flexible hours alongside studies or family commitments. Full training is provided during both daytime and evening hours to make sure you feel fully supported from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolving issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Processing orders and accurately updating customer records
- Delivering consistently high-quality customer service
- Working in line with company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for
You enjoy helping people and take pride in providing excellent service. You’re a clear communicator, a good problem solver, and comfortable working independently during evenings and weekends while still being a strong team player.
Essential skills & experience
- At least 1 year customer service experience (call centre or similar preferred)
- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication
- Customer-focused, patient, and solutions-driven
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Nice to have
- Experience handling customer complaints
- Additional customer service qualifications
