We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include drink preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Handle cash transactions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
