We are looking for a talented part time Sales Estimator to assist us in delivering our sales strategy and our sales growth potential. The candidate must be able to interpret technical drawings and communicate well with the internal team, and clients.
The Sales Estimator will report directly to the Managing Director and will be a key part of the team with an ability to think strategically but also able to take a hands-on approach, with both our marketing and sales function. The Sales Estimator tasks will include:
- Producing estimates/quotes to clients
- Growing our account base
- Managing and dealing with incoming enquiries
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive prices
- Helping to develop and deliver our digital marketing activity
- Monitoring and evolving website performance
- Liaising/building relationships with internal teams, suppliers and Clients
You will be full of energy and enthusiasm with a desire to win. You will be a friendly professional with a desire to help our customers find the best possible solution to meet their needs and the ideal candidate will have knowledge within the stone industry (or an associated trade- i.e. kitchen designer) in order to be able to provide the appropriate level of assistance. The majority of your clients will be architects, designers, project owners, or you will be dealing with high net worth clients directly.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- Prepare accurate quotes for bespoke projects
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience within the stone industry or kitchen design or closely related sector
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales & Marketing function
- Experienced working with KPI's and be target orientated
- Be confident dealing with a wide range of clients, designers, architects and private customers
Working days will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 8am-4.30pm
