Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Escorting clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
