Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Junior Project Manager to oversee small works, moves, adds, and changes projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data cabling and IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee data cabling projects, including small works, moves, adds, and changes.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule.
- Supervise installation teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
- Manage and maintain stock for the engineers

- Downloading / managing test results
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a non-working supervisor /Project Manager in the data cabling or IT infrastructure industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of data cabling standards, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
