£14 – £16.50 per hour | 20–40 hours per week
U Beauty Therapy is looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our well established, professional salon. We are looking for someone who loves delivering exceptional treatments and is passionate about the beauty industry.
Since 2005, we’ve been delivering beautifully personalised face and body treatments using trusted brands such as Guinot, Gelish, OPI, St Tropez, Nouveau Lashes and HD Brows.
The Role
- Deliver a wide range of treatments including facials, waxing, massage, nails, and brow & lash services
- Support therapists on shift and help maintain high standards
- Carry out personalised consultations and product recommendations
- Work towards monthly retail targets with uncapped commission
- Maintain excellent salon standards, hygiene, and customer care
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon
About You
- SVQ Level 2 or above
- Minimum 3 years’ salon experience
- Confident, professional, and client-focused
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and a great team player
