As A Housekeeper You Will Be Responsible for Maintaining a High Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene Within the Care Home, Managing A Small Team of Domestic and Laundry Staff Whilst Ensuring a Safe, Comfortable Environment at All Times.
Duties
1. Ensure That Bedrooms/Lounge/Stairways/Passages/Cupboards Etc Are Cleaned and Vacuumed.
2. Ensure All Furnishing Are Thoroughly Cleaned, Damp Dust and Spray/Polish Furniture/ Windowsills/Fixtures/Shelves Etc.
3. Ensure Floor Brushed and Moped.
4. Ensure Bins Are Emptied and Disposed in A Correct Bin and Ensure The bin Area Is Kept Clean and Tidy and Vermin Free.
5. Please Be Aware of Staff/Service User’s Allergies and Use Appropriate Cleaning Product.
6. Deep Clean Each Bedroom as Per Rota
7. Ensure All Skirting Boards, Floor Areas/Communal Areas Are Cleaned Appropriately to Ensure the Environment Is Dust/Debris Free.
8. Use Signage When Required to Maintain Health and Safety of The Home and To Minimise the Risk Hazards.
9. Ensure All Cleaning Products Are Ordered in Enough Time.
10. Ensure residents Clothes are washed and Ironed
11. Undertake Any Other Reasonable Task Requested by The Management.
