We are looking for a Part Time (18 hours per week) Verification Officer
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training and support is provided.
Job Description
- Working within the verifying screen of the system to monitor the planned visit arrival time and the planned visit departure time of the care workers.
- To monitor that the planned visit time is as close to the commissioned time as possible.
- To ensure that as far as is practicable all carers log in and out of the system
- To effectively manage the ‘real time alerts’
- To monitor and promptly react to all activated alerts.
- To establish reasons why care workers have failed to log in or out of a call and record as necessary.
- To maintain records on the EMS to reasons why logging in system has not been utilised.
Verifying officers are to receive all telephone enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
To document all messages and relay to relevant persons.
Ensure all services are covered, within a reasonable time.
Adhere to complaint procedures.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £13.45 per hour
