Who are we?
Label Source is one of the UK’s largest platforms for pre-loved luxury fashion, rapidly bringing circular luxury fashion more into mainstream use.
Every day we process hundreds of luxury items from brands including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Hermès, Goyard, Prada, Fendi, Stone Island and many more.
We're a young, friendly and ambitious team based in Epping, and we're looking for someone who enjoys luxury fashion and wants to be part of a fast-growing business.
About the Role
You'll be involved in the day-to-day processing of luxury fashion items as they move through our business.
Depending on the team you're working with each day, you'll either be processing and photographing products or helping organise inventory and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
Product Processing
- Inspect luxury handbags, shoes, clothing and accessories.
- Check items against supplier information and photos.
- Assess condition and prepare items for sale.
- Photograph items using a company iPhone.
- Capture important details including branding, stitching, logos and product features.
- Upload photos and product information into our software.
- Scan barcodes and complete digital inventory records.
Warehouse & Fulfilment
- Store products accurately on warehouse racks and shelving.
- Pick items for customer orders.
- Check products against order information.
- Pack luxury items safely and accurately.
- Attach shipping labels and select the correct shipping service.
- Carry out stock checks and maintain organised storage.
- Help ensure customer orders leave on time.
General
- Work as part of the operations team to achieve daily targets.
- Follow processes carefully and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Raise any issues that could affect quality or productivity.
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organised and professional.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Interested in luxury fashion.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using smartphones and computer software.
- Reliable, punctual and positive.
- Happy following established processes.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable lifting and moving stock when required.
Previous experience in fashion, retail or warehouse operations is helpful but not essential.
What We Offer
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- 37.5 hours per week.
