We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for children following all the healthy eating guidance from the government.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Be responsible for food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Develop new menu ideas
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a care based environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with health regulations
- Extensive understanding of allergies and intolerances
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
