What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering energetic and engaging service in our busy lobby bar.
- Preparing and serving drinks, cocktails, and bar food with confidence and personality.
- Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere where guests want to stay, socialise, and come back for more.
- Handling orders and payments efficiently while maintaining excellent guest interaction.
- Keeping the bar, lobby, and service areas clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Supporting events, activations, and late-night lobby vibes.
- Working closely with the wider crew to ensure smooth evening operations.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and nightlife energy.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, social environment.
- Great communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but personality, energy, and attitude matter most.
- Cocktail knowledge or barista experience is a bonus — but we can teach the rest.
