Great working hours, we open at 9 am and close at 8pm if this appeals to you then we are looking for someone who can join our existing team.
Job role:
- Complete all daily tasks within accordance of OK Diner's policies and procedures.
- Supervising experience in a restaurant setting.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, to maximise team members potential through positive coaching and development.
- To provide customers with a positive and exceptional experience.
- To manage complaints with customers best interest in mind.
- Cash handling - cashing up at the end of day in accordance with OK Diner procedures.
- To check and accept deliveries, ensuring accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, experience in food preparation and cooking is a plus you will be trained in the kitchen.
- Key Holder - Securing of building at the end of shift.
- Experience required minimum of 2 years in a restaurant supervisory role ,willingness to learn is essential
- This role will be covering 2/3 sites once training is complete.
- Travel expenses will be paid .
- Applicant must hold a full driving licence and have own transport
