About the Role
We are looking for confident, motivated and personable Resident Outreach Executives to join our growing team.
You will work within local council and housing association communities, engaging with residents and raising awareness of their rights where they may be experiencing issues with their rented property, including damp, mould, leaks, disrepair, heating problems and other housing conditions.

This is a field-based community engagement role, ideal for people who enjoy meeting new people, working independently and having conversations within local communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting residential communities within designated council and housing association areas
- Speaking with residents and identifying people who may be experiencing housing disrepair issues
- Raising awareness of available support and potential options
- Asking residents relevant questions about their housing circumstances
- Recording accurate information and obtaining consent for follow-up where appropriate
- Passing suitable enquiries to the relevant team
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Representing the company professionally at all times

- Able to work independently in the community
- Reliable and well organised
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling between local areas
- Previous sales, customer service, field marketing or community engagement experience is beneficial but not essential
Full Training Provided
You don’t need previous experience in housing, legal services or sales.

The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit someone with experience in field sales, customer service, fundraising, hospitality, recruitment, telesales, estate agency or community engagement — or someone who simply has the confidence and personality to speak with people and build rapport quickly.
