We are a leading London-based events crewing agency and are currently looking for experienced, multi-skilled event crew to join our growing and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at some of London's most iconic venues, supporting production teams with event builds, live event operations, and breakdowns.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile events, including:

- Product launches
- Brand activations and experiential events

- AV installations

About You
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in event crewing and the following attributes:
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to undertake manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
- A sound understanding of health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling practices
- Own PPE, including safety boots and a hard hat
- A willingness to wear company uniform when required
Key Responsibilities
As part of our events crew team, your duties may include:
- Loading and unloading trucks and event vehicles
- Event set builds and breakdowns
- Installing and dismantling staging, drape, and event infrastructure
- Assisting with AV, lighting, LED screen, and production equipment setups
- Supporting exhibition and exhibition stand builds
- Assisting production managers, technicians, and event organisers on-site
- General event labour and crew support duties
- Maintaining a safe and professional working environment at all times
What We Offer
- Freelance work with competitive pay rates ranging from £16.00 to £22.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills
- Additional bonuses and supplements available

- Minimum call time of 3 hours
- Work available across days, nights, weekends
Please note that event work often involves early mornings, late finishes, overnight shifts, and weekend work, so flexibility is essential.
Experience in staging, exhibitions, AV installations, festivals or live event production is highly desirable.
