We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who takes pride in producing beautifully presented dishes, enjoys working with high-quality ingredients and wants to develop their career within a professional, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your designated section during service with confidence and consistency.
- Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard.
- Working closely with Chef Patron Nigel Haworth, Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation.
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal dish preparation.
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs where required.
- Ensuring stock is rotated correctly and waste is minimised.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.
- Experience in a fresh-food, quality-led restaurant.
- Passion for seasonal British produce and fine dining.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a strong team ethic.
- Food Safety Level 2 (preferred).
