You don’t need recruitment experience. What matters most is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and support from experienced consultants while learning how to build and grow your own recruitment desk within the education sector.
You'll learn how to:
- Build relationships with schools and education professionals
- Match great candidates with exciting opportunities
- Develop your sales and business development skills
- Manage interviews, compliance and placements
- Understand and become an expert in the education recruitment market
- Build your own client and candidate network
You'll be given the training, tools and support to develop quickly, with the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role within your first six months.
Please note: As we recruit within the education sector, this role has an early 7:30am start time.

Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. We'll teach you the recruitment industry - you bring the energy and ambition.
