Markyate, Hertfordshire
Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexitime Considered
Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience)
Atkin Grant & Lang operates a busy shooting ground with lessons, corporate events and regular competitions.
AGL also has a specialist retail shop and repair / alteration business and a loyal membership orientated customer base.
Would you love a role where no two days are the same, working in a unique countryside setting with one of the UK’s leading clay shooting grounds?
At Atkin, Grant & Lang, we’re looking for someone exceptional to join our growing team.
This is far more than an administration role. You’ll become a key part of our business, helping to shape our customer experience, manage our marketing and social media, support the day-to-day running of the office, and work closely with our Managing Director as we continue an exciting period of investment and redevelopment.
What we’re looking for:
A highly organised administrator
A confident communicator
Someone creative with experience in social media and marketing
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive self-starter who enjoys variety and responsibility for marketing success
Someone who enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional customer service
Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time or flexible hours, we’re more interested in finding the right person with the right skills than fitting someone into a rigid schedule.
What you’ll enjoy:
A beautiful countryside workplace
A varied role combining administration, marketing and social media
A supportive and welcoming team
Opportunities to develop and grow with the business
Staff discounts, pension and free parking and a dog friendly working environment
This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a time of real change. As a relatively new leadership team, we’re investing in both our facilities and our people, creating a positive, professional and friendly culture where everyone has the opportunity to make a real difference.
Previous experience working in a rural business and possession of a current shotgun or firearms certificate is an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate must pass a CRB check.
If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
