CSS CLEANING SERVICE SOLUTION
We looking for Cleaning Area Supervisor with minimum 3 years of experience on this role and minimum 10 years of experience in cleaning industry .
5 DAY PER WEEK 40 HRS WEEK TO BE MANAGE , SOME WEEK END WILL BE INCLUDE IN CASE OF EMERGENSY .
COLLABORATE WITH OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT FOR ANY UP COMING CLEANING OR DEEP CLEANING OF STRTING NEW CONTRACT OR ANY OTHER CLEANING APPOINTED BY THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT .

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations within our designated area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within all the area ( Surrey , Hampshire , London Central and North London ) ,ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Address any operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on team performance, operational metrics, and areas improvement.
- Cover any emergency , obscene , holiday or sickness by the cleaner.
