Overview
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team managing high-end Airbnb and short-let properties. This is not standard domestic cleaning.
Our properties operate to hotel-level standards, and we are looking for team members who take pride in delivering exceptional results every single time. We want to build a long-term partnership with cleaners who are dependable, professional, and committed to high-quality work.
If you have strong attention to detail, work well independently, and understand the importance of presentation and guest experience, we would love to hear from you.
This is not a role for applicants with very limited availability or those looking for occasional work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing full property turnovers to a high hotel-standard finish
- Cleaning bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces thoroughly
- Changing bed linen and preparing properties for arriving guests
- Managing laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and preparing fresh linen and towels
- Taking detailed before-and-after photos/videos of the property to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained
- Restocking essentials and ensuring the property is fully guest-ready
- Checking for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards consistently
- Ensuring every property looks immaculate, fresh, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Airbnb, hotel, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
- Applicants should be prepared to provide photos/videos of previous cleaning work or Airbnb turnovers completed
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Someone who takes pride in their work and values consistency
- Flexible availability including weekends when required
- Reliability for occasional last-minute or emergency cleans is highly valued
- Ability to respond quickly when urgent same-day turnovers arise
- Comfortable handling laundry and linen preparation to a high standard
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
