Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
Book qualified appointments for field-based salespeople
Build rapport and handle objections professionally
Maintain accurate CRM records
Work to targets and KPIs, supporting overall sales growth
Experience Required
Proven experience in B2B telesales or appointment setting
Track record of booking appointments for sales teams
Confident, professional telephone manner
Ability to engage decision-makers quickly
Experience using CRM systems
