Job Overview:
Zeus Taverna is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has a passion for exceptional customer service, and can confidently manage a team to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
As a supervisor, you will support daily operations, ensure smooth service, and maintain the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that Zeus Taverna is known for. You will act as a key point of contact between staff and management, helping to drive performance, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations during shifts
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning
- Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes
- Step in to support service where needed, leading by example
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Hospitality: 6 years (required)
- Supervising: 4 years (required)
- Bartending: 4 years (required)
- Food service: 6 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
- Food allergy and intolerance training (preferred)
