Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly with enthusiasm
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, kitchen stations, and service areas
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing orders, bills, and payments accurately
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks and assist in kitchen operations when needed
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is key!
