We are looking for full-time Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our growing team to help maintain our properties and developments independently. An exciting opportunity for career progression within a fast growing business.

This role is responsible for overseeing various ad-hoc maintenance repairs within a select list of sites across Manchester and acts as a crucial link between the residents and managing agent ensuring that their buildings are maintained to the highest standards.
A willingness to travel to our sites is essential - primarily working within clean areas of residential blocks and apartments.
Using our tablet reporting software – all works are recorded and detailed in a report along with generating additional works found onsite – and quoted on.
It is critical that good communication and high levels of attention to detail is provided at all times with a focus on customer service .
An ability to use tablet based app for job allocations and job card reports essential.
