About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and dynamic Project Manager to lead the planning, development, testing, implementation and launch of multiple AI, software, media and technology projects.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams across software development, AI, mobile applications, websites, media production, digital marketing and IT infrastructure. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with our UK leadership team, you will manage our growing Nepal operation, coordinating internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, software, web, app and digital projects.
- Manage multiple projects from planning through to launch and ongoing support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and milestones.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and report to senior management.
- Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and external contractors.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage our multidisciplinary team in Nepal.
- Coordinate developers, AI engineers, designers, marketers and SEO specialists.
- Allocate workloads, mentor staff and build a high-performing team.
Technology & Digital
Oversee projects involving:
- AI platforms
- Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Websites and web applications
- CRM systems and customer portals
- APIs and software integrations
- Software testing, QA and product launches
- SEO, digital marketing and social media
Infrastructure
Manage cloud and IT infrastructure, including:
- AWS, Azure & Google Cloud
- Linux & Windows servers
- VPS and dedicated servers
- Domains, DNS & SSL
- Databases, backups and cybersecurity
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Proven experience managing software or technology projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience managing remote and international teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC.
- Understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure and APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project Management Tools
Experience with one or more of:
- Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana or Trello.
Platforms
Experience coordinating teams working with:
- Apple Developer & Google Play Console
- AWS, Azure & Google Cloud
- GitHub & Cloudflare
- OpenAI API
- Google Workspace
- Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Meta Business Manager
- WordPress/Webflow
- Stripe, PayPal & Twilio
Desirable
- PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum certification.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, digital agencies or technology businesses.
- Technical or software development background.
