We have a number of care home and hospital contracts in this region which require Relief Chefs who have Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks for Adult and Children workforce in order to work in their kitchens. Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties sometimes at short notice. Additional training in IDDSI is an advantage. There is regular work available with a number of the homes.
Requirements:
- Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all-round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast-paced kitchens
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks for Adult and Children
- It is essential to have your own transport
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
