Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis Leadership:
Take ownership of complex analysis activities across major digital and business transformation projects. Establish clear approaches for gathering, documenting, validating, and managing requirements.
Requirements Management:
Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify gaps, document functional and non-functional requirements, and translate business needs into clear specifications for delivery teams.
Process Improvement:
Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary complexity, and introduce technology-enabled solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, clients, project teams, and technical specialists. Facilitate workshops and communicate complex requirements in a clear and practical manner.
Solution Definition:
Work alongside product, technology, data, and delivery teams to evaluate potential solutions and ensure that proposed approaches address the underlying business requirements.
Mentoring and Quality:
Support other business analysts by sharing best practices, reviewing analysis deliverables, and helping establish consistent standards across projects.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
6+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, technology consulting, or a related field, with experience handling complex projects and stakeholder environments.
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, business case development, gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution definition.
Stakeholder Management:
You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and can confidently challenge assumptions, facilitate discussions, and bring different perspectives toward a common solution.
Technology Awareness:
A strong understanding of digital platforms, software development processes, data, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern technology delivery environments.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You can turn complicated business or technical information into clear recommendations that different audiences can understand.
Mindset:
You are analytical, pragmatic, and commercially aware. You understand that the best solution is not always the most complicated one, and you know how to balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery priorities.
Pay: £56,500.00-£75,000.00 per year
