Food Runner Position
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is looking to grow within hospitality.
Main Responsibilities
- Running food plates and drinks to tables quickly and efficiently
- Assisting waiters and supporting the front of house team
- Cleaning, clearing, and relaying tables to a high standard
- Polishing cutlery and glassware
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout service
- Completing daily and end-of-night closing duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Must always look presentable and arrive to work in a clean, full uniform
- Ability to speak Italian is favorable but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hours & Progression
- Minimum hours per week: 25 hours, depending on performance and reliability.
- There is a great opportunity for progression within the company, including from part time to full time and the chance to move up and become a waiter/waitress
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
