Founded in November 2018 by Matteo and Vittoria, two friends sharing the dream of "feeding the world with positivity and wellbeing," Poke House is a global leader in the fast-casual healthy bowl category. From the very beginning, passion and dedication have been the core ingredients allowing the company to expand first in Italy and then worldwide, including Spain, France, Portugal, Romania, and the United States.
We combine this growth with a positive and humble approach, building an international team of over 1,000 people across more than 120 stores. We offer our customers a cool and healthy shopping experience defined by positive vibes and a Californian mood.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Interact with customers, providing them with a unique shopping experience.
- Have fun creating colorful bowls by expertly matching our ingredients.
- Deepen your knowledge of HACCP regulations and food intolerances.
- Collaborate with delivery riders for home orders.
- Handle service preparation before shifts and cleaning the dining area at the end of shifts.
- Specialize in cooking different types of rice and preparing vegetables.
- Support colleagues with dishwashing and general store cleaning.
- Become an expert in creating our signature sauces.
- Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure compliance with HACCP rules.
- Support the team with the storage of incoming goods.
