We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our busy and well-established Indian restaurant in St Albans.
The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Mixing cocktails and serving spirits, wines, and beers
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Managing bar stock and restocking when required
- Taking drink orders and coordinating with floor staff
- Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions
- Ensuring compliance with alcohol licensing laws
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting with general front-of-house duties when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender (essential)
- Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beers
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to commute to St Albans
