Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using advanced imaging technology to assist in diagnosis
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining healthy habits
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes, medical histories, and imaging results
- Monitor patient comfort throughout procedures, providing reassurance and support as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene practices
- Can commit to a fixed Tuesday
Qualifications
- GDC registered
- Proficiency in dental radiography techniques and experience with medical imaging tools
- Excellent communication skills to educate and motivate patients effectively
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation protocols
Pay: £35.00-£45.00 per hour
