L.A.B Roofing & Roughcasting is a growing roofing and roughcasting company covering Dundee, Fife and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Roofer to join our team.
The successful candidate will take pride in their work and be confident carrying out a range of roofing work on domestic properties.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out roof repairs and maintenance
- Slate and tile roofing
- Full re-roofing projects
- Flat roofing
- Dry ridge and dry verge systems
- Lead work and flashing
- Gutter and fascia work
- Identify and repair roof leaks
- Work safely at height and follow health & safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- Previous roofing experience
- Good knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Experience with slate and tiled roofs
- Able to work safely at height
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own roofing tools preferred
- CSCS/NVQ or relevant roofing qualifications desirable but not essential
