We are currently looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer for exempt supported housing / Housing of Multiple Occupancy that provides homes and services that help people to live independently.

Responsibilities:
- Plumbing (repair leaks, replacing bathroom kitchen taps, mixer showers)
- Electrics (fault finding)
- Carpentry (fixing locks, repairing fire doors / frames)
- Painting and Decorating
Requirements:
- Tools and Own Transport/ Van;
- Full UK driving licence;
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standard;
- In the Birmingham area working hours; Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
