Brew York is an innovative and award-winning craft brewery with a passion for creating exciting, flavour-led beers. Brewing from our purpose-built production facility in York, we operate a twin 50hl brewhouse capable of producing up to 100hl per brew, supported by over 2,000hl of fermentation capacity and annual production of approximately 16,000hl.
Since launching in 2016, Brew York has built a reputation for quality, creativity and innovation. Our range spans everything from traditional cask ales and crisp lagers through to modern hop-forward IPAs, imperial stouts, fruited sours and low-alcohol beers. We package across cask, keg and can, supplying customers throughout the UK and beyond.
Alongside our brewing operations, Brew York has developed a thriving retail estate comprising 10 bars and tap rooms, giving us a direct connection to our customers and allowing us to showcase our beers in some of the most exciting venues in the North of England. This unique combination of brewery and retail operations provides valuable insight into emerging trends and consumer preferences, helping to shape the beers we create.
One of the things that makes Brew York unique is our commitment to new product development. Every year we create a wide range of new and limited-edition beers alongside our established core range. As a Brewer, whilst your primary focus will be producing consistent, high-quality beer and maintaining excellent brewing standards, you will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, collaborate on recipe development and help bring new products to life.
Based in the beautiful and historic city of York, you'll be joining a passionate and ambitious team that takes pride in what it produces whilst maintaining a fun, supportive and collaborative working environment. At Brew York, we believe in being Dependable, striving for Excellence, working as a Team, being Ambitious, embracing Innovation and never forgetting the importance of Laughter along the way.
If this sounds like the opportunity for you, and you believe you have the skills, experience and enthusiasm to make a positive contribution to our brewing team, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your CV and covering letter to [email protected]
