We are recruiting a Robotic Welding Technician to join our team. This is a permanent position requiring a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety regulations. The Robotic Welding Technician is responsible for programming, testing, operating, and maintaining robotic welding equipment and automated production systems. The role supports the development and optimisation of robotic welding processes, ensures product quality and system reliability, and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support engineers in the development, testing, and maintenance of robotic systems and processes.
- Program, test, and maintain robotic welding equipment.
- Carry out quality checks and performance analysis of robotic equipment and welded products.
- Support the delivery of robotics projects, ensuring quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and equipment failures.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous robotic welding experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience with robotic equipment.
- Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Strong attendance and timekeeping record.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Own transport is desirable.

Hours – 2 rotating shift pattern (Mornings & Afters)
Week 1
- Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 11:00
Week 2
- Monday–Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 11:00 – 16:00pm
