Previous experience in a similar role is a requirement for this position, ie assistant head housekeeper or housekeeping supervisor. You must have the capability to train, supervise, motivate and communicate with all domestic staff members to ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained. Salary is negotiable depending on experience
Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Staff rotas
Ordering and control of linen, cleaning supplies and room sundries in line with business demands
Bedroom checks for standards and maintenance issues
Ensure all reported maintenance issues have been resolved
Allocation of rooms to be cleaned to housekeeping staff
Liaise with reception keeping them updated of the house status
Duty management shifts to be carried out as per the rotas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
