Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including some weekend working
The Opportunity: -
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic organisation in the pivotal role of Support Worker to work within a newly refurbished 12-bed residential care home for service users with mental health conditions
Reporting to the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the best quality of care and responsive service.

Candidate requirements: -
This role will suit someone with a minimum of 1 year experience working within a care service
Who is an enthusiastic individual and passionate about ensuring the safety of our service users is paramount and works within the remit of the safeguarding regulations
You will be part of a team of dedicated Support Workers working alongside the Team Leaders and Management Team providing excellent support to our service users who deserve the best support to enjoy a quality life.
You will have a willingness to undertake training on Safeguarding Vulnerable adults, person-centred planning, and other specific training that will be provided. You will be line-managed by the Team Leaders.
Relevant qualifications i.e. NVQ 2/3 in Care, or working towards a qualification
