Job Title: Welder – Rebar Reinforcement (Morning and Evening Shift)
Location: Baltic Wharf, Rochford SS4 2HA
Salary: £12.71-£16.00ph depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working hours:
Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 10.30pm (2 x 30-minute breaks)
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 3.30pm (2 x 30-minute breaks)
Important information
Our site is located at Baltic Wharf, Rochford (SS4 2HA) and public transport to the site is extremely limited, particularly for employees working these shift patterns. Applicants should have their own reliable transport or be able to travel to and from the site independently.

We are looking for reliable and motivated Welders to join our growing team at our Baltic Wharf facility in Rochford.
The role
Working within our reinforcement manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for welding reinforcement steel cages and components to a high standard while working safely and efficiently in a busy production environment.
Responsibilities
- Welding reinforcement steel cages and assemblies.
- Reading and working from production drawings.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a productive team to meet daily production targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
- Experience within the rebar or construction industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work well within a team.
