As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our business, ensuring our local customers receive an outstanding experience every time they visit or get in touch. What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Customer Support: Greeting visitors warmly, handling inquiries, and delivering a friendly, helpful service to ensure a great customer journey.
- Transaction Handling: Processing cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently using our till systems.
- Product & Stock Management: Assisting with deliveries, replenishing stock, and organizing inventory so our customers always find what they need.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensuring the front-of-house and service areas are clean, tidy, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to hit daily targets and maintain a positive, welcoming team environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role is preferred, but not essential. We provide full training for the right candidate!
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and confident manner.
- Key Skills: Good basic numeracy for handling transactions, strong attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliability: A punctual, dependable team player who is flexible to work a variety of shifts across the week (including weekends).
