What You’ll Be Doing
- Support children in their daily routines, providing emotional and practical care.
- Help develop and implement care plans and risk assessments, celebrating progress.
- Foster trusting relationships with children, their families (where appropriate), and external agencies.
- Promote education, social development, and life skills, assisting with Individual Care Plans and Education Plans.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and record-keeping in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Ensure the home is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, encouraging young people to participate in household tasks.
- Contribute to a positive, stable, and structured environment, helping young people reach their full potential.
- Sleep-in duties are required as part of the shift pattern.

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to complete).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexible with working 2-on-4-off shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins.
