We now have a vacancy for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Gates of Woodford site. We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri (8-5), occasional overtime by request at Weekends if events are on.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming enquiries (leads/ Incoming calls).
Booking and confirming appointments.
Following up missed appointments and unsold enquiries
Answering and directing calls via the switchboard.
Welcoming customers to the showroom.
Administration tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
An excellent telephone manner.
Good communication/ organisation Skills.
A professional appearance and demeanour.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding customer handling skills.
A positive, friendly attitude and ability to use your initiative.
